The 2010 United Way Inclusion Conference was a great success!

The goal of United Way’s Inclusion Conference is to champion inclusion and diversity awareness and to develop community leaders of the future. Training involves active learning, skills-based exercises and tools that focus on inclusive leadership and diversity principles for collaboration.

The three day conference included sessions about cultural diversity, board governance skills, committee participation, Robert's Rules of Order, fundraising and leadership fundamentals and techniques for dealing with conflict in a diverse environment.
