The Loaned Executive Program
At the start of each Campaign, United Way calls on its corporate partners to lend their best and brightest employees. Loaned Executives (LE’s) give their expertise and energy to assist United Way in its Workplace Campaign efforts. In doing so, LE’s help United Way reach new markets, broaden the base of community giving and strengthen United Way’s commitment to advance the common good. At the end of their term, LE’s return to their companies with the satisfaction of a job well done, a community served and a professional experience they will long remember.
