Jason Ott
YLS Committee Co-Chair

Jason Ott is the Public Affairs Officer for Citigroup’s Tucson campus that includes Citi Cards, Retail Bank, CitiMortgage and Citi Auto. Jason joined Citigroup in 2004 after working in economic development for the Tucson Chamber, University of Arizona and the City of Phoenix. Jason received his graduate degree in fine arts from the University of Arizona. Jason has been married to his wife April for 11 years and they have two young children, Beckett and Lillian Magil.

Lynn Cunningham-Ryan
YLS Committee Co-Chair

Super Soccer Mom, Zealous Wife, fulltime student and Vice President for Chase Bank. She has been active with the American Red Cross, Tucson Center for Women and Children, the United Way and was nominated "Tucson Community Involvement Leader." She believes in lifelong learning and is pursuing a masters degree so that she may teach in retirement. Her passions include her husband Dan, daughters Rebekah and Sarah and the Young Leaders Society.



Michael R. Cleveland
YLS Events

Michael R. Cleveland is the Group Remarketing Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  He serves as Board Chair for the Philanthropy and Community Involvement Committee at Enterprise, Board Member of Ott YMCA, Member of the Tucson Southern Arizona African American Chamber of Commerce and Member of the National Diversity Team where he works closely with the Career and Family Focus Team.  As he has been with Enterprise for 13 years, Michael enjoys mentoring new employees and guiding their career development.



Matt Compton
YLS Community Outreach

Matt Compton is a Software Engineer for International Business Machines Corp.  A 2005 graduate of Purdue University, Matt has worked for IBM in both Austin, TX and in Tucson starting in July 2005.  Matt is the former president of IBM Tucson's New Hire Network Diversity Group.  A United Way volunteer since September 2006, Matt currently serves as the Community Outreach Chair for the United Way Young Leaders Society.

Jim King
YLS Recruitment

Jim King is the Tucson Group Controller for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  He is currently Chairing the Recruitment Subcommittee for the Young Leaders Society for United Way.  For 3 years, Jim served on the Campaign Cabinet as a chair for the Transportation Division.  Jim currently serves on the Endowment Board for Our Mother of Sorrows and is Chairing the Investment Committee.  Jim has supported United Way over the last 14 years of which the last 10 years have been in Tucson. 

Rachel Mikolajewski
YLS Governance

Rachel Mikolajewski is a High End Disk Storage Program Manager for IBM and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. Rachel is currently the IBM Tucson Women's Network Group President and served as the IBM Tucson New Hire Network President in 2005. In addition, Rachel is an eMentor for Junior High students to foster women's leadership in technology and is an active volunteer for Tu Nidito. Rachel serves as the Governance Chair for the United Way Young Leaders Society.

Tara Traver
YLS Marketing

Tara Traver is the Arizona Corporate Sales Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She has recently moved to Tucson from NY C and is enjoying the warmer weather and less hectic lifestyle. She is chairing the Marketing Subcommittee for the Young Leader's Society.  She is active in the community participating in many local chambers, civic organizations, as well as in her church. Tara has been a supporter of United Way in New York for the last five years and looks forward to promoting our team here in Arizona.

Kristen Baluta
YLS Member At Large

Kristen Baluta is the Human Resources Assistant at Patio Pools & Spas and will be starting law school at the University of Arizona in the Fall of 2008.  Kristen is involved in the Ishkash*taa refugee network as a mentor to a refugee family here in Tucson.  Kristen is an avid soccer play and enjoys playing in recreational leagues in her free time.  Kristen is currently a member of the community outreach subcommitee for Young Leader's Society.

Erik Glenn
YLS Member At Large
Erik Glenn works for University of Arizona Cooperative Extension as an Area Assistant Agent for Community Resource Development. He recently earned his Certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management from the Institute for Organization Management. Glenn volunteers his time with organizations including the AMOR House Project and the Board of Directors of the Alpha Pi of Alpha Gamma Rho Alumni Corporation.

Jake Wycoff
YLS Member at Large

Jake Wycoff is Communications Director for Commonwealth Adoptions International, Inc., where he oversees marketing, public relations,
and communications.  In addition to United Way's Young Leaders Society, Jake serves as Vice Chair for United Way's Multicultural Leadership Development Program (MLDP), Strengthening Families Impact Council, Board of Directors for Volunteer Center of Southern Arizona, and City
of Tucson's Family Self Sufficiency Program.
