Mrs. S. is a sixty-three-year-old woman who, for most of her adult life, has lived in what she considers small towns or small cities. She resided in Bisbee, AZ, where she was a Food Service Director for Cochise College. When she moved to Tucson, Mrs. S. felt that she could use her past experiences in food service to help other people...
