INSTITUTE ITINERARY
• Systems Leaders Spotlight Kick-off Event, Sept. 27, 5-7 p.m.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to hear from some of our nation’s most respected and experienced systems leaders. In this panel discussion, each leader will speak candidly about challenges in their work, their vision for success related to systems thinking and the progress made thus far.
• Option 1: Two-Day Onsite Workshops, Sept. 28-29
There is something for everyone! Options include: Introduction to Systems Thinking; Systems Thinking for Business and Community Organizations; Leadership Matters- The Habits of a Systems Thinking Leader; Energy for Everyone, Systems Thinking in Early Childhood: Play, Practice and Policy; and Science, Systems and Baseball.
• Option 2: Classroom Focused Workshop with Field Trip, Sept. 28-29
Learn how a specific classroom/school/district is implementing systems thinking in unique and innovative ways on Sept. 28. Then, on Sept. 29, take a field trip to the school to see systems thinking at work with students firsthand. Field trip sites include: Borton, City High School, Catalina Foothills School District.
